You can obtain a code by signing up on our website or by receiving a gift (accompanied by a code) from someone else. Each time you receive a gift a new code is generated. If you want to pay that gift forward, just use the code that generated code. You can see a list of your codes on the homepage.

To register a code, go here. Once you put your code in, you'll be prompted to create an account if you don’t already have one. With your account, you will be able to see the chain of gifts that led to your received kindness and can leave a private message for the gift-giver.

Yes! Once you've registered a code, you can track its journey by logging into your account and viewing the home page. You'll be able to see all the kind acts associated with that gift/act and the positive impact it has made. You can also see the chain of gifts that lead to your received kindness.

We all usually share out gripes and complaints very freely. Sharing the times we are kind is very positive for others to hear. And it plants a seed for them to remember that kindness and see the value of that from our story. Secondly, you don't have to tell anyone! You can choose to be anonymous (dont use your name as a user name, and keep message/videos private). We just want to give you the option to share your story if you want to.

When you delete your account, all of your personal information, including your profile data and activity history, will be permanently removed from our system. This includes your name, email address, and any other information you provided during account registration.

While your personal information is deleted, we retain records of any gifts you have shared on our platform. This is to ensure that the tree graphs generated by your sharing activity remain intact and continue to function properly.

To delete your account, please visit the Account Deletion Page and follow the instructions provided. You will be asked to confirm your decision before your account is permanently deleted.
