Some gift cards may act as referral cards. These will guide you to our sign-up page instead. Upon completing the sign-up process, the gift code on the card will be assigned to you as your first gift to pass forward. This system not only enables gift sharing but also encourages more people to join our community and experience the joy of kindness.

You can register a code by either:

2. 2. Manually entering the code on our receive gift page.

You can choose to register the code anonymously without creating an account. However, if you'd like to track your kindness chain or pass the gift forward, you'll need to sign up and create an account.

Once registered (or anonymously logged), you’ll be able to see the kindness chain that led to your gift and leave a private message for the gift-giver.

Yes, you can track the journey of your gift! Once you've registered a code, you can view the full gift journey by logging into your account. On your homepage, you'll be able to see the entire chain of kindness associated with that gift, including the kind acts it has inspired and the positive impact it has made.

Please note that if you register the gift anonymously (without an account), you won’t be able to track its journey. However, you can create an account later to link your registered gift and start tracking its journey. Once you create an account, you'll be able to see all the kind acts and messages associated with the gift you received.

You will receive an email notification once your gift has been logged by the recipient. This means someone has successfully registered your gift, either through the QR code or by entering the code manually.

After the gift has been logged as received, you can also check the gift’s journey and the recipient’s details on your homepage. You’ll be able to see a visual map of the kindness chain, which shows the positive impact your gift has made and how it’s being passed forward.

Sharing acts of kindness can inspire others and spread positivity. While we often share complaints freely, sharing stories of kindness helps remind people of its value and encourages them to act kindly themselves.

That said, you don’t have to share if you don’t want to! You can choose to remain completely anonymous. For instance, you can:

• 1. Use a non-identifiable username.
• 2. Keep your videos or messages private.
• 3. Mark your gift as private, making it an anonymous act of kindness that won't reveal your identity.

The choice to share your story or keep it private is entirely yours. We just want to provide the option to inspire others if you feel comfortable sharing.

When you delete your account, all of your personal information, including your name, email address, and profile data, will be permanently removed from our system. This ensures that your privacy is fully protected.

However, to maintain the integrity of the kindness chain and gift history, any gifts you’ve sent or received will remain in the system. These gifts will no longer be associated with your account and will instead be presented as anonymous acts of kindness within the chain. This allows the story of your kindness to continue inspiring others, even after your account is deleted.

Rest assured, your identity will no longer be tied to any gifts or activity once your account is removed.

After your account is deleted, all of your personal information, such as your name, email address, and profile details, is permanently removed from our system.

However, we retain records of the gifts you have shared or received to maintain the integrity of the kindness chain. These gifts are no longer associated with your identity and will be displayed as anonymous acts of kindness. This ensures that the tree graphs and gift history on the platform remain intact and continue to inspire others without compromising your privacy.

By anonymizing your contributions, we uphold the purpose of tracking and sharing the journey of kindness while respecting your decision to delete your account.

Before confirming, you’ll be informed about what happens to your data, including the anonymization of your shared kindness activities to preserve the kindness chain. Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal information will be permanently deleted.
